If you’re gonna have a sign out front of your building for decades that says “fire department” - it’s reasonable to expect that you have a PLAN for what you’ll do when someone says their house is on fire. 🤯
But so many departments don’t. They make it up on the front lawn. Every time. 🤦🏻♂️
And that’s not providing the most efficient operations to save lives and property. 👎🏼
We talk about this constantly in classes on the road. And often there’s an excuse. “We can’t do that, because of....”
👉🏼 Well, what you just identified was a PROBLEM. And now that you know the problem, you can look for a SOLUTION. And if you think and work hard enough, there’s a solution to every problem. Unless you’re just the kind of person who makes excuses and gives up...
So get out there and overcome some problems, find some solutions, and make some plans. 💪🏻
