We are hosting the first-ever Combat Ready Fire Conference

Over two days, we’ll cover the five core areas of the Combat Ready Fire approach: mindset, engine and truck company operations, first-alarm strategy and tactics, and aggressive command.

Each session builds on the last, showing how these skills work together on the fireground.

What Makes This Conference Different

Most firefighters experience these topics one class at a time. Here, you get to see the whole picture.

From the mindset of the individual firefighter, to department culture, to getting lines on fire and hands on victims, to coordinating the first alarm, to commanding the incident—you’ll see how the decisions made at every level affect what happens next.

1

FIVE PROGRAMS. ONE WEEKEND.

Experience the foundation of Combat Ready Firefighting, Engine Company Operations, Truck Company Operations, First Alarm Strategy & Tactics, and Aggressive Command—all in two days.

2

UNDERSTAND THE WHOLE FIREGROUND

Go beyond your own position. Learn what the firefighter, company officer, incident commander, engine, and truck need from one another—and how those decisions affect the entire operation.

3

TRAIN WITH THE CRFT TEAM

Nearly our entire instructor team will be in Dallastown teaching the programs they specialize in—giving you different perspectives, experiences, and lessons from across the fire service.
